Level One mentoring semester starts Monday, September 14, 2026

Many women are longing for more than another class or inspirational message. They are looking for trusted, biblical mentorship—someone with experience who will walk beside them, speak truth into their lives, encourage their growth and help them recognize what God has placed within them.
Daughters Arising Academy was created to provide that kind of intentional investment.

Whether you are seeking personal spiritual growth, the encouragement of a mentoring community, or continued development as a ministry leader, Daughters Arising Academy has a pathway for you.
One-On-One Mentoring
Designed to offer personalized biblical mentorship, spiritual encouragement and practical guidance from seasoned mentor Sue Willis in a one-on-one setting. These individual sessions are scheduled directly with Sue and are available in-person or via a virtual platform. 
Level One - Group Mentoring
Designed for the woman who knows she's called of God, but needs help fully identifying her purpose. Whether you're a stay at home mom, an entrepreneur or a woman who feels called to ministry, this 6-month mentorship program will help you grow alongside other women who are also pursing God's calling. In addition to discovering your giftings and growing in godly confidence, you will have opportunities to participate in hands-on ministry.
Semester begins September 14, 2026. 
Level Two - Group Mentoring
Designed for pastors, credentialed ministers, ministry leaders, and women actively serving in ministry who desire mentoring, spiritual encouragement and a trusted community of peers. This 3-month pathway provides opportunities to sharpen your leadership skills, receive wisdom and accountability and opportunities for additional hands-on ministry. This level also features special guest mentors and pastors. Level 2 is also open to women who have completed Level 1. In-person and virtual attendance is available.
Semester begins Spring of 2027. What You Will Experience
Daughters Arising Academy is more than a Bible study or class. It is a mentoring journey designed to help you grow spiritually and apply what you are learning to your everyday life, leadership and calling.

Join Daughters Arising Academy Level One
September 14, 2026–February 22, 2027
Two Monday evenings each month from 6:30–8:30 PM
Attend in person or join virtually from wherever you are.
Your Academy experience includes twelve two-hour group mentoring sessions centered on biblical teaching, discipleship, and meaningful conversation. Each gathering will provide space for prayer, encouragement, accountability and practical application to leadership, ministry, and everyday life. You will also receive Academy materials, build meaningful relationships with other women, and conclude the journey with a special Graduation Celebration.

Meet Your Mentor, Sue Willis
As an ordained minister, pastor of women's ministries, author, founder of Beyond Survival Ministries, and longtime mentor, Sue Willis has had the privilege of mentoring and discipling women as they grow in their faith, discover their God-given purpose, and develop confidence in their calling. Sue has walked alongside women in many different seasons of life—from ministry leaders and church volunteers to professionals, mothers, and women simply seeking greater clarity about what God is asking of them next. Her heart is not only to teach, but to personally invest in women through biblical truth, prayer, encouragement, and practical guidance. No. In Level 1, many women enter the Academy because they are seeking greater clarity. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. The Academy is designed to help you grow in Christ, recognize what God has placed within you, and take practical next steps.

Not for Level 1. Level 2 is uniquely designed for women who are already in official ministry positions.

You do not need to arrive feeling fully prepared. Level 1 of the Academy is a place to grow in your identity in Christ, develop confidence, and become better equipped to follow God’s leading.

Yes. Virtual participation is intended to provide more than simply watching a session. Participants will have opportunities to engage in teaching, discussion and prayer. Virtual participation is only available via one-on-one and Level 2 mentorship

In Level 1, your registration includes twelve two-hour group mentoring sessions, biblical teaching and discipleship, Academy material, prayer, group discussion, practical application, hands on ministry opportunities, and the Daughters Arising Academy Graduation Celebration.
